Tomorrow you'll recieve the first of seven emails for my "Understanding the Internet" email course for Front to Back. It's just the tip of the iceberg of the type of things you can expect to learn with the full course as we explore how the other half of web development works on the back-end.
In this module you'll learn what's going on under the hood when your browser makes a request as well as how it receives and interprets responses form web servers. We'll talk about IP addresses, DNS, headers, response codes, and tie it all together to lay the foundation.
Each lesson is brief and compact with one challenge at the end. After each lesson, you can answer the challenge to recieve the next lesson immediately, or you can wait a little, and the next lesson will automatically come your way in a day or so.
I'll be reading all of the responses, and if you have questions, leave them in the response, and I'll get right back to you.
